21 Day Vital Organ Detox

PRODUCT INFO
Loose Leaf Instructions: Bring 8 ounces of water and one tea bag of detox to a complete boil. Turn the heating modality off and let the blend steep for 10 to 15 minutes before removing the roots from the tea and consuming 8 ounces. Lay on your left side for ten minutes or more immediately after to aid in digestion.
Elixer Instructions: Consume two ounces before bed. Consume 8 to 16 oz of warm water. Lay on your left side for ten minutes or more immediately after to aid in digestion.
For optimal results eat fruits and vegetables throughout the day as opposed to meat, starches, and sugar. If you are a meat eater give yourself at least a four to six-hour gap to properly move from the stomach into the colon before taking detox. Also, lime water is highly encouraged as it is antioxidant and will aid detoxification.
