Solar Plexus ?

Have you ever had unexplained aches and pains or underlined health conditions you sought guidance from your health provider for to no avail? I suffered tremendously from a child up until late last year with stomach cramping, pains in my lower extremities, and severe constipation. As a result I was irritable, fatigued, had massive anxiety, and emotional outbursts. After having had several ER visits, changing my diet to vegetarian, having a gluten free diet, eating less sugar, using laxatives, taking probiotics, a very invasive surgery, a colonoscopy, and invasive procedure they found that my underlining condition was STRESS causing improper muscle function.

Through self care, some supportive herbal supplements, and physical therapy I was able to regulate and manage symptoms by monitoring my stress levels(until they would rear their ugly head again through subconscious forms of stress and or discomforting situations).

It wasn’t until I began to meditate that I can say I experienced minimal pain and even the normal urges of regularity. It is a tendency to disregard or undermine what is not understood about the body and it’s functions. Adrenal Glands are organs located above each of your kidneys that unlike the nervous system that deal with short term, the adrenals deals with long term stress. These organs are also in the solar plexus chakra region but are heavily effected by the root chakra. These chakras is deal with your fight or flight responses to stress and trauma as well as your emotional security.

Your adrenal glands filter hormones which initiate the process of blood pressure regulation by monitoring the amount of sodium, potassium, and other ions that are sent throughout the blood stream while recycling water that is needed through the body and eliminating what is not used through urination. Adrenal glands send hormonal signals to the brain when stress becomes a factor. In return the brain sends a hormone that initiated the fight or flight response.

This transfer of energy prompts the body with chemical or hormone it needs to respond. We know that energy is not lost nor destroyed, so quite naturally this negative energy stores itself in cells and stagnate the flow of energy which is why we have back, shoulder, and stomach pain as a result of stress.

Hormones are released throughout the entire body once disbursed from the pituitary gland so there is no wonder stress directly effects all three of the bodies brains; brain, heart, and gut. Adrenal health is on of the most imperative and overlooked factors of health. The distinction of these organs cause Upper body weight gain, lower body weight loss, high and low blood pressure, muscle and bone weaknesses and pains, irritability, depression, GI issues, anemia, autoimmune disease, sleep disorders and developmental growth delays. Assuring that you are nurturing your body through self care and essential nourishment is the ultimate health. The secret to healing is the divine connection you have to the source who heals all things
