Ener-Me Healing provides a series of modalities and services to assist in the spiritual healing process. Our services cater to the endocrine/chakra system. They are tailored to aid in the revitalization of both the organs and energies associated with each chakra to ignite and support the spiritual healing process.
Each chakra serves as an energy center for hormones that send signals to and from the brain and aid in the function of vital organs. This process occurs by way of secreted hormones into the bloodstream. When your hormones are off balance and or stagnated by daily encounters with the energies of your environment, the food you consume, and the way you feel and think, health ailments and diseases arise. When chakras are correctly functioning and coordinating cohesively, we experience homeostasis within our bodies.
Commonly, this process is started from root to crown chakra although the course of your healing may call for attention where you need balancing the most. Many of the chakras work in unison with one another:
to achieve a healthy metabolism, control appetite, and weight,
to protect the body from developing autoimmune diseases,
to promote healthy physical and mental function,
to aid in the growth and development of the body from birth through adulthood,
to maintain sexual function and reproduction,
to regulate heart rate and blood pressure,
to influence the sleeping and waking cycle,
to control the body temperature,
and to even dictate a person's personality and mood.

These sessions help to unveil shadow work, inner-child healing, ancestral trauma, and limiting belief systems that can stagnate our internal growth.
In a 1-hr session, you will create a plan, be given information, and be taught to create modalities to relieve yourself of these ailments to release yourself from these debilitating factors.
A 30-minute session is for those new to healing, who need guidance in a particular area, and/or information regarding the process of healing specific spiritual ailments.
Chakra Scan and Reading
This session teaches you to read your own chakras and gives you insight relevant to the chakras you need to work on balancing during the session.
This session also includes the suggestion of modalities and information on how to acknowledge shadow aspects of your chakras to assist in your healing.
This session is for those unclear about which chakras are intuitively overactive or underactive.
This session is also beneficial to those who would like to learn to recognize how the energies we carry subconsciously affect our chakras, how shadow work relates to chakras, and how to raise our vibrations naturally.
